Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident when you buy from Payusnomind. If something isn’t delivered or doesn’t work as promised, we’ll fix it. If we can’t fix it, we’ll refund you.

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for consultations, memberships, and digital products purchased through Payusnomind. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.


1. Consultations & Coaching Sessions

When you book a consultation, we reserve that time specifically for you and may turn away other clients.

1.1 Refunds for consultations

You may receive a full refund if:

  • You cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, or
  • We are unable to attend the session and cannot reasonably reschedule.
1.2 Late cancellations and no-shows

No refund is provided if:

  • You cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, or
  • You fail to join the call. We allow a 10-minute grace period from the start time of the session.
1.3 Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, you must request the change at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session time is at our discretion and may be treated as a late cancellation.

1.4 Technical issues

If you experience technical problems joining the call, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue in real time. If the issue is on our end and we cannot complete the session, we will offer a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.


2. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products include downloads, templates, calculators, guides, and other files or online resources that are delivered electronically.

2.1 All sales are generally final

Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are generally final after access has been provided.

2.2 Non-delivery or access issues

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The digital product was not delivered to your email or account, and
  • We are unable to provide access after you contact us and allow reasonable time for troubleshooting (up to 3 business days).

We maintain logs of delivery and access attempts to help verify technical issues and prevent abuse.

2.3 Corrupted or unusable files

If a file is corrupted or will not open, please contact us at contact@payusnomind.info with details about the problem (device, software, error messages).

We will first attempt to provide a working version or alternate format. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame (up to 3 business days), we will issue a refund.


3. Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships and subscriptions may include access to members-only content, tools, and resources for as long as your membership is active.

3.1 Managing your membership

You can manage your membership, including cancellation, from your Account page.

3.2 Cancellation and billing periods

You may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and
  • You will not be charged again unless you restart your membership.
3.3 Refunds for memberships

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time on memberships. However, if:

  • You were charged for a membership and did not receive access as described, or
  • A billing error occurred (e.g., duplicate payment, wrong plan),

we will correct the issue, which may include a refund where appropriate.


4. Courses, Packages, and Ongoing Programs

From time to time, we may offer structured programs such as multi-session coaching, courses, or bundled services.

These programs are designed to produce results when you actively participate. For that reason, any satisfaction guarantees or refund eligibility may require that you:

  • Attend scheduled sessions or complete required modules, and
  • Complete certain tasks or assignments, where applicable.

Specific terms for any program will be clearly stated on the sales page and will apply in addition to this policy.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us first if there is any issue with your purchase. Most problems can be resolved quickly.

If a charge is disputed or reversed through your bank or payment provider without first giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue:

  • Access to the purchased products, services, or memberships may be revoked, and
  • We may restrict or permanently block future purchases from that account.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy and our Terms of Use.


6. How to Request Support or a Refund

7. Our Promise

We aim to be clear and fair. If you don’t receive what you paid for, we will make it right by fixing the issue or providing a refund where appropriate under this policy.
