Memberships give you access to members-only tools, resources, and posts depending on your plan.
How do I access members-only content?
1. Make sure you’re signed in with the email you used at checkout.
2. Visit any members-only page — if your plan includes it, the content will unlock automatically.
If you see a paywall but believe you should have access, first log out and log back in. If the issue remains, email contact@payusnomind.info.
How do I check my membership level?
Go to your Account page and look for your membership details.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time on memberships. If you were charged but did not receive access as described, we will either fix the access issue or provide a refund, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Consultations are one-on-one sessions focused on your music, marketing, or specific business questions.
How do I book a consultation?
Visit our Consultations page, choose a time slot that works for you, and complete the checkout process. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the call details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or a free reschedule. Cancellations under 24 hours are not refundable, as that time was reserved for you.
What if I miss the session?
There is a 10-minute grace period. If you do not join within that time, the session is considered missed and no refund is provided.
What if Payusnomind needs to reschedule?
If we need to cancel or cannot attend your session, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund.
How do I join the call?
Your confirmation email will include a meeting link and instructions. Please test your internet, audio, and video before the session to make the most of your time.
Digital products include downloads, templates, calculators, and guides.
Where do I access my downloads?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. In many cases you can also access your purchases from your Account page.
I didn’t receive my file — what should I do?
First, check your spam and promotions folders. If nothing arrives within 10 minutes, email contact@payusnomind.info with your order details and we’ll resend your links.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Once a digital product has been delivered, sales are generally non-refundable because the files cannot be returned. However, if you are unable to access the product due to a technical issue that we cannot fix within 3 business days, we will provide a refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The file won’t open or seems corrupted — help?
Contact us at contact@payusnomind.info with details (device, software, error message). We’ll work with you to resolve the problem or provide an alternative format.
